Spring Tester

• JISC produces extremely low capacity spring tester that conform to highest Grade 05 of JIS B 7738.
• This tester is meant only for compression spring to cater for Medical Industries, High End Branded Ball Pen Industries, Pogo Pin, Fax Scanner Machine Industries & etc.

• The whole series meets 05 grade (Highest Grade) of JIS B 7738 Coil Spring Compression / Tension Tester.
• In addition to 1 -Step , 2 -Step, 3 -Step Automatic Tests, Free Length, Initial Tension, Solid Length, Peak Load can be measure.
• Unit select able among N, gf, kgf, lbf and inch covered by English version.

• Models number can stored with specifications input for judgement purposes. Able to check 1, 2, 3 Step Load, Spring Rate, Free length, Initial Tension (Tension Spring) and Solid Height (Compression Spring).
• Tolerance input by +/- value or %. Auto switch over for power supply of AC 110 to 240V. Can link up to computer using our MXR-01 & BQC-01 QC Monitor Software

• ACE series Fully Automatic Spring Tester withSorting function.
• This tester conform to JIS B 7738 Grade 0.5 which is the highest grade.
• It function is similar to our PRO Series of spring tester except that its touch screen with SPC control function to show Histogram & Trend Chart.
• There are only 2 models for this series, ACE-100N & ACE 1kN only.

• Compression and Side Force Spring Tester is a new and innovative machine that is develop from our spring testing machine over the years.
• There will be three load cells above and under the compression and an additional three load cells for the XY axis, using 9 load cells for total compressive load on proprietary software, to obtain displacement force from the top and bottom moment of the spring with reference to the center.
